Survey responses are retained in aggregate form indefinitely for research and historical reporting; identifiable contact information is retained until you request deletion.

Some of our service providers (including Google, Meta, Mailchimp, and Vercel) operate outside Thailand. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data protection laws. We take steps to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection wherever it is processed.

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

Subject to applicable law (including Thailand's PDPA and the EU GDPR where relevant), you have the right to:

• Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority
