Back bigger than ever! With the biggest poll of the year that everyone is watching - the ranking of 50 companies that young professionals most want to work for, or Top 50 Companies in Thailand 2026. Entering year 8 with big surprises that will shake the industry!

This year, a new page in history has been written. When the "new challengers" surged forward, breaking through the ranks, while giants at the top of the pyramid had to swap positions beyond expectations.

At the end of 2025, WorkVenture, as a consultant and leader in building employer brands for leading companies in Thailand, conducted a large-scale online survey to ask for the opinions of young professionals, including both recent graduates (First Jobbers) and experienced professionals (Young Professionals) aged 22-35, with over 12,167 respondents. Using open-ended questions: "Which company would you most want to work for?" and "What reasons led you to choose that company?" to allow complete freedom in responses without company name options as guidance.

What do you think about the 50 companies this year that young professionals voted for?

We must say that this is not just an announcement of names on a ranking table, but a clear reflection that "dream organizations for workers" are really changing.

This year we saw both new companies surging impressively, from small to medium-sized, to legendary giant organizations that adapted in time and maintained their positions strongly.

Size, reputation, or stability alone is no longer the answer

And another major challenge that became much clearer this year is that having good culture alone is not enough, but must communicate so the world can see it too.

Employer Branding that is sincere, tells real stories, and clearly reflects the organization's identity is the key to attracting "the right people" and retaining "talented people" to stay together in the long term.
